I love fava bean seedlings- they are so substantial!
So they will grow in the cooler climate?
I will have to try them some time.
I like your photos as well.
They were very easy to germinate. I did soak them for an hour, and coated them with an innoculant, which is common practice for bean seeds. I had 100% germination. Next time I will just plant them on 8" centers, and I won't have to thin out. We can continue to plant through mid Nov. in The Bay Area.
