Volunteer Greens in my Yard

Arugula, Curly Frisse and Dandelion Greens If you let one of these go to seed, you should never have to plant again.


They make a great salad. Pick early in the morning for the best flavor.


Mayonaise, Honey and Lime dressing
Whisk together about a Tablespoon of each for a fresh tasting dressing. Great with greens, dried cranberries, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese.
